best of my knowledge also I declare that the subject of this Complaint is not
filed to the Court and that I shall have no right to take any other procedure in
case I agreed with the Company on a rectifying measure to the subject matter of
this Complaint and the full execution of the Company of this procedure. Also I
will not file any complaint to the Central bank of Kuwait for the same subject
Note : the Complaint of customer shall be replied upon within 30 business days
from the date of receiving the Complaint.
